Beginners’ bellydance classes for fun and fitness!
Bellydancing is an excellent way to have fun and get fit. Just like any form of exercise, it has many benefits. Through its hip movements and powerful shimmies, it strengthens your muscles, encourages you to embrace your body, improves posture, self-confidence and reduces stress. This class focuses on basic bellydance moves while learning to put them in sequences. If you have no experience or you have previously attended beginners courses and want to go over the basics again, this class is suitable for you.

Intermediate Level
This class focuses on technique, choreography and different styles of bellydance for students that are confident with basic bellydance movements.
